Home Office
Our client had an old deteriorating shed in the backyard that they wanted transformed into a home office. We stripped the old shed down to its studs and added new sheathing, vinyl siding, insulation, drywall, windows, exterior door, custom barn door, laminate vinyl plank flooring, cabinets, trim, and custom sawmilled shelves. The shed was a complete transformation and turned out great!
Flooring
This client had wanted to put down new flooring in their upstairs bedrooms. The existing flooring was wavy and out of level by 2" in some places. I tore out the old plank subflooring and made custom shims for each floor joist to bring them into level. I put down new subflooring and a beautiful bamboo flooring with white quarter round trim.
Trex Decking
This client had some rotting out deck boards and did not want to deal with maintenance anymore. I tore off the old decking, put down joist tape on all the floor joists, and installed new trex decking to the deck and stairs. Now this customer has a deck that will last for decades.
Cabinet Installation
This client was adding an addition onto their house and needed kitchenette and bathroom cabinets installed. An HVAC vent was supposed to come out underneath one of the bathroom cabinets so I lined the bottom with reflectix insulation to insure the cabinet does not get hot and melt its contents. I then installed the beautiful handles to all the cabinets for a great finished product.
